I want to express my deepest appreciation to the staff at Caren Hotel. Their warmth and impeccable service made this trip to Japan the most beautiful experience. The dinner was exquisitely crafted, and the French Kaiseki cuisine was not only delicious but also prepared with great care. They even surprised me with a birthday cake and upgraded my room, showing incredible thoughtfulness. I look forward to returning to Izu Onsen, and without a doubt, I will choose to stay at this remarkable hotel again next time.

The bedding in the room is a bit old.good foodgood environmentThe service was excellenthot spring is goodOverall, it's a very traditional Japanese inn. It's very flavorful and comes with a lot of services. The spa on the second floor was so busy that I didn't make an appointment.

We had a great and relaxing stay here. The rooms are spacious and have a nice ocean view. The food was good although I did prefer the teppanyaki over the french cuisine. Breakfast was a treat! As you would expect the staff and service were impeccable.

Lovely stay with hot bath in your room. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality and service. One of their employees spoke perfect English and was very helpful. Beautiful area and views. Would recommend.

The hardware and environment are limited, but the service is very good. All questions are answered and problems are solved. They also carefully prepare set meals for outings (safe eating times are carefully marked on them), which is suitable for guests who come here to relax and relax.

We visited from the USA. We loved our experience, the staff, our room, and the food. We would definitely recommend this hotel, the onsen, the couple's massage at their spa, and the desserts at the gift shop. There is even a shuttle that will pick you up from the train station. Also a shuttle to go to their sister hotel. Please be aware everything shuts down from 11am - 2pm. We appreciated they had staff members who could speak a little English. It made us feel more welcomed.

We booked package (one night, 1 dinner, 1 breakfast for 2 persons) for 68.000¥ with the onsen in the room. But it was not really an hot spring. The size was less than 1 m square. Impossible to use it. Not bath room. The shower was with the …

It was a pleasant and relaxing visit to Izu hot springs. The city is smaller but so many beautiful things to visit. I advise you to walk around (it is really safe) and to visit the Japanese mask museum. 900 masks.
